    Dreams.

I think dreams are foreshadowings of the future, or at least what we imagine will happen in the future, positive or negative.  Whether you’re dreaming about a seemingly random person  or the monsters hiding under your bed or that freakish teacher chasing you, everything in your dreams represents something.  That person?  You’ve probably seen them before, once or maybe even many times, and have wondered what their story is.  Those monsters? They’re probably the physical representation of your deepest fears, and your brain is telling you to get over them, because they seem to follow you everywhere you go.  That teacher? Yeah, that one’s pretty obvious. You’re scared of her, just like everyone else, but you’re probably worried about her, too, you know, pondering how the hell she got so mean, or trying to figure out why she seems to want to torture you.  And sometimes, she’s chasing you right to the answers.  Everybody’s had that dream where that scary person is chasing you, and you end up falling off of a building or waking up right as he or she is about to catch you.  The answers you want? They’re none of your business.  I think that’s why you can never seem to discover them.  I’m no scientist, psychologist, or a dream analyst, but I think it’s a pretty valid conclusion.

Things People Should Write Books About

Somebody should write an updated version of Dante’s Inferno. Preferably a comedic one. I mean, obviously the original is everlasting and classic, but it could use a little updating. I’ve never read it, but I will at some point (ya know, when high school stops being hell and stress and all). But from what I’ve heard, there’s a lot of rocks, ice, and fire and not a whole lot of global warming and nuclear reactions. Get on that, writers of the world.

IDEAS PEOPLE SHOULD STEAL FROM ME

Okay, get this: a gym, or maybe gym, grouping people working out from beginner to expert. Part of the reason I don’t work out (other reasons include extreme laziness, and post~workout nausea because it’s been so long since I’ve worked out) is the embarrassment factor. I NEVER work out, and exercising in a public place where I’m suffering and I’m guaranteed to run into someone I know isn’t awfully appealing. However, if there was a gym with separate rooms and equipment (or floors, buildings, something of the sort~ whoever steals this idea can adjust a little here) for beginners, intermediates, experts, and regulars, well, I might be a little more inclined. If such a place exists, please let me know.

Why I Love Gilmore Girls, Episode 1

    1. Realistic Characters. While a bit more witty, sometimes a tad more eccentric, EVERY SINGLE PERSON in the GG cast could actually exist. I like to pretend Rory is me: prep schooler, hot boyfriends (this is the pretending part), perfect best friend who’s actually imperfect. Okay, so Lorelai and Rory get a long a little (lot) better than the average mother-daughter pair, but they have their fights.
